Key Responsibilities:

📞 Telesales & Lead Generation – Contact potential clients and explain our online selling and advertising solutions.
🤝 Client Acquisition & Relationship Building – Convince businesses to join PuneJunction.com’s marketplace and maintain strong relationships.
📢 Marketing & Promotion – Assist in digital and social media marketing campaigns to increase platform awareness.
📊 Sales Reporting & Target Achievement – Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates.

Requirements:

✅ Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred).
✅ Sales-driven mindset with experience in telesales/marketing (freshers welcome).
✅ Basic knowledge of e-commerce & digital marketing is an advantage.
✅ Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
